Dennings dated the "2 Broke Girls" co-star, Nick Zano, from between 2011 and the year 2014. Following their breakup her relationship with Nick Zano, she started dating Josh Groban. The couple remained together up till 2016. Dennings first came across Andrew W.K., a musician during the first year of 2021. Soon, the couple began being romantically involved. They announced their engagement to each other in the month of May 2021. Dennings has been a huge lover of the musician since 2014. Dennings admitted that even though she is Jewish and was raised to become part in the Jewish community at a social and ethnic basis, religion doesn't play a significant part in her everyday life.
